The Body Technique individual programes are specific in the following categories: instructor's engagement and assistance, special cyclic warming up (body spinning or body tracking) followed by the revival of deep movements and by the identifiable and equally important finish of workout with manipulation and relaxation. All these categories distinguish significantly our lessons, supplying our clients with different workout, challenges and learning in each training lesson. Clients have to make appointment for individual workout that includes workout with specially designed equipment and gadgets for a deversified, multifunctional and maximally safe workout. Individual trainings of 60 minutes are recommended to all age groups because the goals and tasks of every lesson are designed to meet your wishes, psychophysical health condition, age and shape. Individual programmes are adjusted to your present abilities and needs, and we instruct you how to breathe correctly, keep upright posture and utilize your deep muscles you had been neglecting for a long time, which are extremely important for your psychophysical health, vitality and beauty. On our trainings you might be faced with demanding workout from your feet to your neck, and you will learn how to activate your deep musculature responsible for the health of your organs and hormones.
There are three basic individual Body Technique approaches adapted by intensity to your health and needs:
1. Individual therapeutical programme
(by painful back, poor posture and joint injuries or targeted problems like pelvis floor and similar...)
2. Energy Body Technique therapy
(for the balance of neurological system, emotional state and hormones)
After emotional crises or tough life situatios it is of utmost importance to give your body a light but deeply stimmulative incentive for revival and new beginning. In the abovementioned situations this kind of work (some people call it „psychotherapy and meditation by moving“) is necessary for everybody, regardless of age. The best results could be expected if we combine individual energy lessons of Body Technique and attendance of educational and BHS (Body Healing Story)workshops already after two to three months. If we expect the long term results we encourage the client to make changes of relationships in his environment, in sleeping, in the way of dieting and changes of some everyday habbits which are, according to his new energy state, not necessary.
3. Individual programme of recreational-sporting character
(for fitness and optimal functionality and top sport shape)
The PBS is presenting a 45-minute unbroken workout in small homogenous groups up to 8 clients.
In every training different requisites and gadgets are used for workout, which satisfies the principle of diversification and fun during the lesson. In groups you can find the well-known requisites used in sports, rehabilitation or recreation, but you will find also completely new unexpected gadgets such as bella, tabouret, gravity pendulum, bungee elastics etc.
Group programmes are meant for those having had some experience with the Body Technique, pilates, yoga, aerobics, dancing or other activities, providing they are not sufferring from pain or sickness. The persons who have not had any experience with Body Technique, but wish to workout in a group, should attend an individual training first, so as to acquire the basis of correct body movement following the principles of Body Technique .

An integrated approach to pelvis floor
The programme is focused on activation and function of pelvis muscles. It helps by various problems of uterus descent, incontinence and feeling of weakness in the front or back line of the pelvis diaphragm. The excercises we are performing belong to the Body Technique philosophy and present an annex to the Kegel's isolated excercises, which can, if being performed inadequately, cause more harm than benefit. We integrate the muscles of feet, legs, buttocks and back in the process of revival and recovery of this sensitive area, accompanied by the non-missible breathing control. In addition, we release eventual compression on the pudental nerve and generally intensify blood supply and movability of the lumbar-pelvis area. This approach proved to be efficient for both men and women, and the most outstanding results are registered in the high quality of intimate and social life.
This programme has been fully adjusted to all specifics of pregnancy. Trainings can be performed individually or in a small group of 4. It is meant for pregnant women in all three trimesters. Our approach is specific with regard to activation and toning of all body muscles, revival and strengthening of pelvis floor, correction of poor posture, removal of pain in the back, maintenance of condition and prevention of weight gain. Owing to hormone relaxine released by pregnant women, the Body Technique workout during pregnancy affects the complete health status of a mother-to-be and prepares her fully for childbirth. It means breathing, condition, feeling of self-confidence of her own body, and what is most important, the preparation of pelvis floor muscles to maximal stretching out during delivery, in order to minimize rapture and traumas of this part after child birth.
We have created a small academy of active living with only 1 to 3 trainings a week which is meant for kids and young population from 6 to 16 years. Our intention is to divert their focus from the stressed, hasty, virtual and static lilfe on to themselves and offer them solutions how to become healthier and safer members of the society.
The programme carried out individually or in small groups (3 to 5), treats all basic motoric abilities that are frequently insufficiently developed through playing and at school, but are of exceptional importance for the success in sport. In addition, the programme includes the basics of education in the field of healthy nourishment, anatomy of locomotoric systems, physiological processes in the development of children's organisms.It also includes some psychological themes dealing with the revival of conscience, self-esteem, motivation, non-verbal communication, emotions and the positive attitude of young people towards life.

This programme, designed by Ana-Marija Jagodić Rukavina, Master of Kinesiology, who was working with children on the correction of poor posture and regaining consciousness of their bodies, gave a new dimension to her work.
Lectures are held in- and outdoors. They are based on the develoment of healthy spine, correct upright posture and movement (walking, running, sitting, standing, squatting, bending forward) and on the skillfulness of performing basic and motoric excercises specific for sport. We are dedicated to innovative and amusing practical work which, at the same time, motivates children for a positive attitude to school, sport and society, with maintaining regular contacts of instructors and parents, informing them of all eductional, health-therapeutical and developing phases of their children.

Hormonal Body technique
Our hormones change throughout our lives. Due to them our body is renewing. Consequently, our complete endocrinology is our main regulating system which stimmulates division, growth and differentiation of cells. It consists of glands in which, under the influence of internal and external information, hormones are being synthesized. When moving certain parts of our body, we are stimmulating circulation. When breathing, moving and touching are focused on one gland, its function is being affected, resulting in the release of a specific hormone. We have designed a very simple protocol of Body Technique workout, which proved in our pilot research that it helps in the balancing of hormonal system as a whole.
Our lymph is the cleaner of our organism.Its stoppage means blockage of vital energy, even illness. Its stimmulation is performed through the excercises for feet and shanks, through diaphragmal breathing and through special energetic massage stimuli with which we stimulate and open the ways for the lymph system to move and cleanse the organism.
Body Healing Story is a group method connecting the healing properties of music (528 Hz), movement and thoughts with the purpose of bringing the body into natural balance. The work in groups results in brilliant learning and sharing by which we stimulate our natural body intelligence that can be self-cured, renewed and upgraded. We need a group for support, for the mirror (reflexion) and for the power of changes which are in front of us. At the moment when our body and mind are brought into harmony, we are ready for changing perceptions, for new views on life, healing and higher level of consciousness.
